Sometimes I look at my outfits and I think, “This is a rainbow-flower-child outfit if I ever did see one. But the top is in style… And so are the bottoms… maybe not together… This will probably only be in for a few more years. Good thing I jumped on the bandwagon now… Definitely going to be one of those WTF outfits my kids or nieces and nephews see someday.”
This is what I see from the right side of the Front Runner.
Many of you are familiar with the tune by Bob Marley “Three Little Birds,” with lyrics stating, “Don’t worry about a thing, ’cause every little thing is gonna be alright!” Well this morning, I was early to the Front Runner station. There were four little birds sitting on the telephone pole, singing their little hearts out. I sat and wondered how many people were noticing the birds. For my part I just listened happily to their tunes, unperturbed by passing people, trains, and the cold.
So, I’m nineteen. And I still LOVE Disney Princesses. It’s odd, because I always liked them as a little girl, but not as much as I do now. The last time we went to Disneyland (3 years ago), my mom and I were both more excited to get pictures of the Disney Princesses than my younger sister (who was the ideal age to be in love with the Princesses.)
This post won’t be anything exciting, but I just wanted to comment on the beautiful skies that the Salt Lake Valley has gotten the last few days. I always take time to notice the scenery around me. Too often we get caught up in our own selfish lives that make us sad and depressed.
